4 Seat XPT / XP1000 / Turbo S Auxiliary Fuel Tank Kit
This is an easy to install and remove as needed, auxiliary gas tank, that simply sits snugly in the floorboard secured using our massive 4mm thick stainless brackets. This tank can be used as a single OR dual setup by utilizing one or both floorboards for fuel. In addition to this, the fuel tanks are built to be used on either side. This means the only differentiating factor between where you mount the tank is simply just bracketry. 4.5 Gallon capacity per side. This tank utilizes the factory fill neck for refueling AND ventilation eliminating in cab fuel fumes that you'd experience with other kits. No routing fuel lines near drivetrain components, NO relocating wiring, NO relocating batteries, NO intrusive installation requirements. You are able to choose which side you'd like to use for your tank, passenger side, drivers side, or run a tank in BOTH sides. Included with every tank is a plug and play wiring harness complete with a momentary switch. This switch allows you to be worry free of accidentally turning on, or leaving your pumps activated and running. One switch controls multiple tanks alleviating any unneeded wiring. The high volume fuel pump has the ability to pump 1.25 gallons per minute. If the auxiliary fuel tank ever needs removed from the vehicle, simply cap the fill fitting with the supplied -6an cap and remove the tank, easy as that!
RPM tanks, unlike other dangerous designs, utilize the factory tip over check valve. In the unfortunate case of a rollover, the RPM tanks would not be able to leak fuel creating a dangerous situation. This is done by the use of the factory breather system. Overfilling the factory tank is often a concern, but with RPM's unique set up, the OEM tank could reach maximum capacity and all of the excess fuel would simply be circumvented back to the auxiliary tanks, leaving your riding adventures worry free.
When running a single tank, we recommend the passenger side for ease of installation being the closest to the fill neck.
All fittings, pump, plug & play wiring harness, and hardware is included along with easy to follow instructions.

For returns, please use the link at the top of this page to access our return form. Download, print, and fill out the form completely, then ship it in the same box as the product you are returning.
- Make sure you are logged in to your ATU account.
- Locate the account symbol in the top-right corner next to the search bar.
- Scroll within the dropdown menu and select Orders.
- Find the order you wish to return and click Return Items, located beneath the package status (should read SHIPPED).
