RETURN REQUEST

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be new and unused
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • All tags, hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • Products must be in resalable condition 
  • Return requests must be submitted within the approved return period

Installed, used, damaged, or altered items may not qualify for return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Custom-built products
  • Electrical components
  • Used or installed products
  • Worn helmets
  • Products damaged through improper installation or misuse

Helmet Return Requirements

Helmet returns must:

  • Be unused
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Be in resalable condition
  • Be submitted within the approved return window
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Receive Return Authorization approval before being shipped back

Return Fees

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • Up to a 15% processing or restocking fee
  • Return shipping charges
  • Packaging or handling fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise approved.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear after processing.

How To Start A Return

Step 1 — Submit A Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store menu or navigate to the return/refund section of the website to begin your return request.

You must also complete, print, and include the required return form with your shipment.

Step 2 — Log Into Your Customer Account

Enter your email address and continue using the verification process.

Step 3 — Verify Your Identity

Use the six-digit verification code sent to your email.

Step 4 — Select Your Order

Open the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 5 — Select Items For Return

Choose the eligible item(s) you would like to return.

Step 6 — Choose A Return Reason

Select the appropriate return reason from the available options.

Step 7 — Submit Your Request

Submit the request for review and approval.

Step 8 — Wait For Approval

If approved, you will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Step 9 — Ship Your Return

Securely package the item and include the completed return form.

Step 10 — Receive Your Refund

Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
