Product Fitment & Ordering

Customers are responsible for verifying proper fitment before placing an order.

Please make sure to:

• Select the correct make and model
• Verify fitment compatibility
• Review any backorder notices before purchasing

While our staff may attempt to catch fitment issues, 304 Offroad is not responsible for incorrect model or fitment selections made during checkout.

Dealer Accounts

Dealer discounts apply only when logged into an approved dealer account at checkout. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to completed purchases.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cancelled after purchase may be subject to:

• Up to a 15% processing or restocking fee
• Return shipping charges
• Packaging or handling costs

This applies even if:

• The order has not shipped
• The order is delayed
• The customer changes their mind
• An alternative product was purchased elsewhere

Installation & Product Use Disclaimer

Installing aftermarket powersports parts carries inherent risks.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Proper installation procedures must be followed at all times
• Incorrect installation may result in unstable handling, vehicle damage, injury, or death
• 304 Offroad is not liable for damages, injuries, or bodily harm resulting from installation or product use
• 304 Offroad makes a concerted effort to maintain and provide an up-to-date database for customers ease of use. 304 Offroad is hereby released from any liability associated with errors or omissions found within this database.

Vehicle Modification Disclaimer

Warranties and performance expectations do not apply to machines modified beyond intended design specifications.

Examples include but are not limited to:

• Oversized tires
• Portal gear lifts
• Long travel kits
• High horsepower tunes
• Excessive aftermarket modifications

Any setup exceeding approximately 5% beyond the machine’s engineered specifications may void applicable warranties unless specifically advertised otherwise.

Shock Wear Notice

Additional suspension travel and motion may increase wear on shocks and related components. Regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended. 304 Offroad is not responsible for normal wear and tear.

Acts of God & Government Delays

304 Offroad is not responsible for shipping delays, shortages, or interruptions caused by:

• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Carrier delays
• Supply chain interruptions
• Other circumstances beyond our control

Warranty Coverage

Applicable warranties cover product breakage under normal intended use by the original purchaser only.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Improper installation
• Abuse or misuse
• Racing damage unless otherwise stated
• Oversized tires
• Portal gear lifts
• Long travel setups
• High horsepower modifications
• Excessive vehicle modifications
• Normal wear and tear

Spring Kit Warranty Notice

Spring kits installed on portal or long travel machines are not covered under warranty unless specifically advertised for those applications.

Customers needing custom spring setups are encouraged to contact us directly.
