Description

The KWI RZRBlade 300 is a full billet inner primary sheave replacement for Polaris RZR XP models with P90X primaries — engineered to eliminate one of the most common and costly failure points in the RZR XP clutch system. The factory inner sheave is known to fail under the loads generated by high-performance XP riding. The RZRBlade 300 replaces it with a single piece of aerospace-grade billet aluminum built to withstand whatever you throw at it, backed by KWI Groovix Cooling Technology on the backside to actively manage belt temperatures and extend belt life under hard riding conditions.

The RZRBlade 300 is available in two purchasing options. Core Exchange — send in your inner sheave before we ship your RZRBlade, and we'll install it and return your clutch fully reinforced and ready to bolt on. Outright Purchase — no core required, your order ships immediately.

Aerospace-grade billet construction delivers superior strength and wear resistance far beyond the OEM sheave — combined with Groovix cooling that draws airflow through the clutch under load, keeping belt temperatures down and clutch performance consistent in the most demanding conditions.

Compatible with all Polaris RZR XP models with P90X primaries.

Please allow 3–7 business days for shipping. We only ship to the lower 48 states.

On some items, our live inventory may be depleted from previous days’ sales. In these cases, we may drop ship the item once it becomes available. If inventory is not in stock at the time of fulfillment, ATU will notify you with a resolution regarding backorder status.

Please be advised that ATU ships from over 10 warehouses across the U.S. In some cases, items may be drop shipped to help speed up delivery times. On heavily discounted parts (i.e. differentials), tracking information may not be provided.

Returns

For returns, please use the link at the top of this page to access our return form. Download, print, and fill out the form completely, then ship it in the same box as the product you are returning.

  1. Make sure you are logged in to your ATU account.
  2. Locate the account symbol in the top-right corner next to the search bar.
  3. Scroll within the dropdown menu and select Orders.
  4. Find the order you wish to return and click Return Items, located beneath the package status (should read SHIPPED).
  5. On the return page, select the reason for the return and the desired return action. Add any relevant comments and ensure the quantity of returned items is correct.
  6. Once submitted, an email notification will be sent to sales@allthingzutv.com.
