Polaris RZR XP Turbo & Turbo S Silicone Intake & Charge Tube SET
A must have upgrade for tuned and high power machines. This replaces the failure prone RZR stock plastic tubes that melt and crack! Our durable silicone heat resistant hose incorporates a smooth free flowing design that reduces turbulence while increasing airflow efficiency. Along with all stock ports for sensors, we have added a boost reference port for a boost controller or any boost activated accessory. No Modifications needed! Simple & easy bolt on installation complete with detailed instructions.

RZR XPT " Big Fatty " HD Silicone Intake Tube
What sets our intake tube apart from everyone else's is that it is 5ply, 6mm thick, Wire Reinforced, and does NOT bottleneck at the shock, OR either opening. In fact the opening of our Big Fatty tube has a venturi intake shape allowing for quick direct access to fresh air. At the airbox our tube meets the factory plastic snout of the airbox with a port matched seamless fit.
This is a MUST HAVE item for stock AND definitely modified machines! The stock intake tube can collapse when warm, or under higher than stock boost levels causing the intake to collapse & clog itself and starve for air. The factory tube is simply to thin and weak. The RPM SxS " Big Fatty " intake tube does not have the same restrictive design and clears aftermarket shock springs with ease. It's 5 ply's of reinforcement totaling 6mm thick with a internal wire reinforcement make this intake tube a must have for the high HP machine! This thing simply DOES NOT collapse! Along with the Big Fatty intake tube you will receive the needed stainless steel T-bolt clamps to secure it to the airbox snout. This install is so easy and straightforward that instructions were hard to create! A simple 10 minute install! Replaces OEM Part # 5416487 & 5414691
The Big Fatty is ONLY available in Black.

For returns, please use the link at the top of this page to access our return form. Download, print, and fill out the form completely, then ship it in the same box as the product you are returning.
- Make sure you are logged in to your ATU account.
- Locate the account symbol in the top-right corner next to the search bar.
- Scroll within the dropdown menu and select Orders.
- Find the order you wish to return and click Return Items, located beneath the package status (should read SHIPPED).
- On the return page, select the reason for the return and the desired return action. Add any relevant comments and ensure the quantity of returned items is correct.
