The RPM Maverick R Sport Muffler—just like our legendary X3 lineup—is the absolute top-performing slip-on exhaust on the market!
Say goodbye to obnoxious, cheap straight-pipe systems that sound terrible and destroy backpressure. The RPM Sport Muffler utilizes a pair of high-flow, custom-tuned 3" mufflers that exit through the factory rear location. Built from 100% TIG-welded 304 stainless steel, this exhaust is engineered to let the Rotax 3-cylinder motor sing while delivering a deep, aggressive tone that enthusiasts claim is the BEST sounding exhaust on the market—all without leaving your ears ringing!
Shedding a massive 15 lbs off the rear of your machine compared to the heavy stock muffler, this system improves performance without requiring an ECU tune! It includes a custom stainless bracket that allows you to reuse your factory OEM tip, retaining that clean, stock exterior styling. It also fully retains the factory spark arrestor and is compatible with RPM Quiet Cores if you need extra sound suppression.
Mount it directly to your stock mid-pipe or pair it with any RPM Maverick R Mid-Pipe for maximum flow. Everything required for a seamless install is included in the box!

For returns, please use the link at the top of this page to access our return form. Download, print, and fill out the form completely, then ship it in the same box as the product you are returning.
- Make sure you are logged in to your ATU account.
- Locate the account symbol in the top-right corner next to the search bar.
- Scroll within the dropdown menu and select Orders.
- Find the order you wish to return and click Return Items, located beneath the package status (should read SHIPPED).
- On the return page, select the reason for the return and the desired return action. Add any relevant comments and ensure the quantity of returned items is correct.
