Maverick R EXTREME HD Turbo V-Band Clamp
The stock V-band clamp is good for about one use—at most! Once your machine has a few miles on it, rust inevitably builds up on the factory threads. When you go to remove it, the threads bind, and the bolt snaps. To make matters worse, the factory V-bands are notorious for sticking to the flanges, which often leads to damaging the clamp or exhaust when you try to pry them free.

Maverick R Heat Shield Reduction Kit Included! Specifically for the Can-Am Maverick R, we include our custom Heat Shield Reduction Kit. This hardware kit allows you to remove just the small, restrictive portion of the heat shield surrounding the factory clamp. Why is this a game-changer? It gives you significantly more working room and allows you to easily remove your mid-pipe with the turbo shields still on! While not strictly required, this kit is included because it makes installing the HD clamp drastically easier, especially when running an RPM Heat Blanket on any RPM Mid-Pipe.

For returns, please use the link at the top of this page to access our return form. Download, print, and fill out the form completely, then ship it in the same box as the product you are returning.
- Make sure you are logged in to your ATU account.
- Locate the account symbol in the top-right corner next to the search bar.
- Scroll within the dropdown menu and select Orders.
- Find the order you wish to return and click Return Items, located beneath the package status (should read SHIPPED).
- On the return page, select the reason for the return and the desired return action. Add any relevant comments and ensure the quantity of returned items is correct.
