RPM 6-Gallon Auxiliary Fuel Tank
Maximize your adventure time with the RPM 6-gallon auxiliary fuel tank, designed to drop right into the factory-empty space under the driver’s side rear passenger seat. This smart upgrade nearly doubles your range, adding roughly +50% more fuel capacity, allowing you to push deeper into the dunes, trails, or desert without constantly hunting for a gas stop.
Installation is clean and non-invasive. No cutting into the chassis, no messing with factory plumbing, emissions parts, wiring, or relocating batteries. All fuel lines stay well clear of drivetrain components, and your folding seats remain 100% functional.
Built tough from thick 5mm rotomolded plastic, this tank is made to handle the punishment of real off-road use. It ties into the factory fill neck for both filling and venting, super simple to use, quick to install, and best of all, zero fuel fumes inside the cab like some other kits.
Every kit comes loaded: high-flow pump pushing 1.25 GPM (way faster than most competitors), plug-and-play wiring harness with a momentary switch (no more worrying about leaving the pump running or burning up a pump), all fittings, hardware, and clear step-by-step instructions.
Safety is priority one here at RPM. Unlike riskier designs, our system keeps the factory tip-over check valve in play. In a rollover, fuel stays contained where it belongs. Overfill the main tank? No problem. Excess simply routes back to the aux tank automatically through the vent line. Ride worry-free.

For returns, please use the link at the top of this page to access our return form. Download, print, and fill out the form completely, then ship it in the same box as the product you are returning.
- Make sure you are logged in to your ATU account.
- Locate the account symbol in the top-right corner next to the search bar.
- Scroll within the dropdown menu and select Orders.
- Find the order you wish to return and click Return Items, located beneath the package status (should read SHIPPED).
- On the return page, select the reason for the return and the desired return action. Add any relevant comments and ensure the quantity of returned items is correct.
