Increase the life of those under greased new wheel bearing by pumping more grease into the center bearing gap. We have witnessed some bearing take as many as 25 pumps from a grease gun.
step 1. securely lift machine and remove wheel
step 2. remove brake caliper
step 3. Remove cotter pin on axle nut (80 ft/lbs upon install)
step 4 remove hub, insert greaser, use water proof grease in a grease gun. Pump 10-15 pumps.
step 5. reassemble. axle nut torques at 80lbs, loctite caliper bolts and torque to 32lbs.
