RPM SXS CFMoto Z10 Mechanical BOV Conversion Kit

The RPM SXS Mechanical BOV Conversion Kit is designed specifically for CFMoto Z-10 owners looking to eliminate compressor surge, hold higher boost pressures reliably, and get that iconic, aggressive "pssh" dump sound every time you let off the throttle.

Unlike generic setups, the RPM Mechanical BOV receives its positive and negative vacuum signals from the most absolute and direct reference possible: the TMAP sensor itself. Taking reference directly at the sensor provides the most immediate, accurate, and aggressive signal available to actuate the valve the instant you lift off the throttle.

This complete conversion kit includes our proven RPM SXS Mechanical Blow-Off Valve, extra adjustment springs, a rebuild O-ring pack, a CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum boost reference port, and our Electronic BOV Bypass Connector to prevent ECU fault codes or limp mode.
